Pool Consultants of the Palm Beaches designs and builds custom pools with a clear deadline in mind, all while maintaining the highest level of skill and craftsmanship. We impart over three generations of knowledge and the maximum level of hands on experience to ensure total customer satisfaction, all while keeping their measurable costs to a minimum.
The Company
Lou Kudisch purchased a large franchise of Paddock Pools in Long Island, New York in the early 1960’s, turning out nearly 300 pools a year. Gary Kudisch, Lou’s son grew up in and around the business, and from an early age, had a knack for the creative aspect of the business. Having a family of his own, and all the tools needed to operate as a sole proprietor, Gary moved to Florida in the early 80’s and started his own pool construction company. The custom pool business has since then operated as a family business until this day. Pool Consultants of the Palm Beaches is a continuation of a long-standing tradition of pool building, now with Phillip Kudisch, Gary’s son as the owner.

Pool Consultants of the Palm Beaches offers complete pool construction services from small renovations to large new residential and commercial construction projects. Design, engineering, layout, excavation, forming and steel, gunite and shotcrete, plumbing and filter set, backfill, brick and tile, waterfalls, electrical, paver decks and driveways, plaster and concrete flat work, permit expedition, and consulting are some of the full services we provide.
About Phillip W. Kudisch, Owner
Phillip (Phil) has been in the industry for over 25 years and has been trained by two other generations in the craft of pool design and building. His hands-on approach to each job is unrivaled, while his customer service and care for each job and meticulous nature is truly uncommon in the industry.
While your pool is under construction you will have direct contact with Phil and he will be on your job almost (if not) every day.
Phil and his wife Sarah have a son, Oliver Cole Kudisch, three furry children, their dogs Penny and Tilly, and their son’s beloved guinea pig, Kevin. In their free time they enjoy all things Disney, boating, volunteering in their community, and being involved in their son’s various sports. They are also very philanthropic and enjoy supporting Christ Fellowship, Junior League of the Palm Beaches, Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, Loggerhead Marinelife Center, and various other nonprofits in their community.
About Gary Kudisch, retired
Gary has been in the industry for over 50 years and has been the mentor (and father) to Phil. Gary, while retired, still has a passion for pool design and enjoys consulting on projects.
Gary and his wife Joanne have been married for over 45 years and have two children, Phil and Christine.
